I've had chlamyidia and gonnhera for 4 years and didn't know and so far i haven't got pregnant yet is it possible i can't have kids ?

Maybe,maybe not: Infections with either chlamydia or gonorrhea can scar the fallopian tubes & render them blocked or set you up for a tubal pregnancy. An evaluation by an OB or fertility center can give you an idea if this has happened.The fertility center can also give you an idea on if & how you could get pregnant with assisted reproduction.
