i have to eat in town daily for lunch. what foods should i look for to find a good amount of protein without a lot of fat, calories, sodium, etc..?

Chicken: A lean meat like chicken is your best bet for a food that is high in protein and low in fat and carbohydrates. But remember to avoid most side dishes with it.
