30 min exercises: Setting a goal of doing something active that you truly enjoy could help you maintain your goal without making it a chore. Try running, cycling, and/or swimming 30 min a day to build endurance and aerobic capacity. Alternate this with a simple routine to build upper body, core, and lower body strength (4 sets of 15 reps each): push-ups, chin-ups, crunches, squats, and lunges. Good luck!
