There is none!: Exercise is work. Hopefully it will become work you enjoy! dancing vigorously burns calories, but very few consider it "exercise." more like play. There is no best exercise for everyone, it is personaal. Find any vigorous activity that gets your heart rate up to at least 70% of 220-your age, and sustain it for 45m 3x/wk, or 30m 5x/wk. Aerobic.: Obesity implies that you have too much fat on your body; this can be reduced with cardiovascular exercise, such as treadmill, elliptical, stationary bicycle or aerobics classes you might be able to find on television or on DVD. Weight training can help too; you can buy some light free weights to keep at home.
