Exercise for OCD?: Healthful diet and exercise programs are very important, and have been shown to be helpful in boosting mood, amongst many many other medical benefits. Good for you for up these important health routines! Despite the great benefits of diet and exercise, they are unlikely to fully treat OCD. I would consult with a psychiatrist to discuss the many available treatments & select the best for you :)
