Nasal breathing: Often one of the most distressing symptoms of allergy is nasal congestion. Antihistamines alone have very little benefit for congestion. Consider the use of an antihistamine decongestant combo such as zyrtec d Claritin d or Allegra d . Saline nasal washes could help or see your physician and get prescription therapy such as an intranasal corticosteroid. Rarely structural abnormalities cause this.
