Pregnancy: Hi dear you are in first trimester so lesser or no medicine the better , is it breting difficulty thru nose or thru lungs, if thru nose then just saline nasal wash , nasalchrome nose spray over the counter safe, but if breathing thru lung then must use asthma inhaler like albuterol prescribed by an m.D and see pulmonologist on regular basi.
