COVID 19 : Difficulty breathing needs more details to answer the question. Problems breathing worsening by activities should be seen by a doctor in person. COVID 19 does not cause much nasal congestion or mucus usually. COVID classically causes fever, dry cough, fatigue, and shortness of breath. I have COVID pts with no fever, with no shortness of breath with the absence of smell and taste.

COVID 19 concerns: It can be very difficult to distinguish between allergies, cold, influenza, COVID 19 and other infections. The most accurate way to determine if it is COVId is COVID 19 testing. COVID 19 Sx's may include fever, cough, feeling tired, shortness of breath, muscle aches, headache, sore throat, chills, chest pain, nasal congestion, loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.
