Keep nose open: If the problem is mostly from allergies, then OTC nasal steroid may help. If it is due to a crooked septum, you may try BreatheRight strip or see an ENT to get it straightened out. If medication does not work and no crooked nose, see allergist. Sleep disruption has major impact on your quality of life and performance and must not be ignored.
