See allergist: Aloe gel would not do you any good. The most important step is avoidance of exposure (get out of the damaged structure and do not return until the mold and water problems have been fixed). In the meanwhile , consult an allergist to assess your problems and provide the necessary treatment. Don't delay a day longer.
