Absolutely...: Blood carries energy and oxygen to every cell in your body. When you've lost blood, it's like not having as many trucks to get the payload to the destination, and thus, you become tired. Try and rest more to decrease demand on your system, get lots of fluid, and eat a high iron diet so you can make new red blood cells to replace the ones you lost. If that's not helping, talk to your doctor.

Yes: There has to be something to carry oxygen to cells. Loss of blood lowers this ability. Blood test or donation usually not a problem, but trauma can cause rapid loss of lot of blood. Will take several days for body to replace loss of rbc, so eat well (red meat / spinach / multi-vit), avoid alcohol / non-rx'ed drugs, hydrate and rest.
