Rest, counseling.etc: You seem like you are somewhat overwhelmed. Try to get more rest and less stimulation, as in less unnecessary involvement in petty issues that take up your time so you get good rest. If you still can't sleep it might be wise to talk to your doctor about some of your pressures in your day and have him/her counsel you regarding the best course of action. Light exercise also might help.

Burnout: With burnout, there's physical & emotional exhaustion in a situation that's especially stressful because you have little control over it (your work). There's overwhelm; irritability; disengagement; disillusionment, etc. You need time away from work, & rest. You need to review your own life priorities, & compare with your job situation. What changes can be made? A therapist could help with this.
