Need evaluation: High PLT and WBC can be from cancer or inflammation (eg, pneumonia, rheumatoid arthritis, sarcoidosis, etc). I'm not sure what "leukemia blood test" is. Needs further evaluation beyond the the character limits here.

I had bone marrow biopsy and Chromosome- Crytogenics and FISH testing done because of anemia RBC and platelets were low. Platelets restored but RBC did not. My test were all normal. Could I have chronic myeloid leukemia or would it be seen in testing?
