Can you be iron deficient without anemia? I had blood work done in Nov and my RBC and Hemo were normal. But Ive been dizzy and tired and short of breath and my hair and skin are dry. I looked up RDI for iron and Im below that. Should I change diet?

Am I anemic? MCV and MCH are low (78 and 24) but RBC is slightly high and hemoglobin is normal, Neutrophils Relative is 74. I feel fatigue and dizzy a lot, my nails are sometimes pale, have body aches. If not, what else could it be?
