It depends...: How much calcium depends on your diet ; type of calcium you take; with a healthy diet you may not need any (leafy greens are best source). 400 mg of calcium citrate can be as well-absorbed as 1200 mg of calcium carbonate. 400 iu of e is reasonable but only natural e with mixed tocopherols. 5000-8000 iu of d3 fall ; winter, maybe none spring ; summer if you get sun.
