Supplements: Take a multivitamin made for women over 50 daily and additional calcium and Vitamin D pills. These are all available OTC, in different strengths. Work on eating a well balanced diet, including fresh fruit and vegetables and dark leafy greens. Get regular sleep and exercise, and manage stress and anxiety. Together, the physical actions and supplements will help you stay healthy.
