Is it okay to take one 600mg calcium plus 20mcg vitamin d supplement daily if i have calcium kidney stones?

Need more info: What kind of stones do you have? It would be prudent to discuss it with your doctor. If you are not deficient in calcium and/or vitamin D, you may be better off avoiding the supplement.
In either case drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless to avoid further stone formation.
