See dentist: Premature extraction on baby teeth can lead to orthodontic problems, and bad bite. Have your dentist evaluate the situation so that this can be avoided.

YOUR molar?: Are you 30 years old with a retained baby molar? You need to see a dentist for a radiograph (x-ray) to see the remaining roots of that molar as well as determine if there is an adult tooth under the gumline (unlikely) and the space available for placement of a dental implant to replace that soon-to-be missing tooth.

String and doorknob: Just kidding. If you have a retained baby molar, it may be best to keep it as long as possible or have it extracted by a dentist or oral surgeon. A consultation with x-rays should provide all the information you need. Road meant options include something removable, a bridge, an implant.
