It varies: There is a general pattern to the eruption of baby teeth, but that can vary greatly. Sounds like your baby is ok. If you are concerned, having a dentist just take a peak inside her mouth might set your mind at ease. Good luck.

Development: Children don't read the same Growth & Development textbooks that we do. Normal order and timing of eruption is extremely variable. Please note: 1st Dental Appointment Age 1, so you're child's overdue.
