Sick to stomach???: Your question was cut off. I am afraid that if you are having a "very bad" toothache it may be a serious issue. Even if you are able to tolerate the pain, the situation could worsen. Please call your dentist. Many come in for dental emergencies or have backup plans for after- hours care.

Toothache: Infected tooth may cause localized pain and problems in other organs as infection spreads through blood stream. Call your Dentist and ask if he/she can see you sooner,or if if antibiotic therapy would be advantageous. It's also possible that your toothache and stomach distress are concurrent but not related. Try to get to the Dentist sooner rather than later.

Tooth/stomach ache: You didn't mention if you were taking any pain medication for the toothache. Too much pain killers especially on an empty stomach can cause stomach pain. Stress from what you are going through can also cause distress. Limit your pain medication, drink enough fluids and try Ginger Ale.
