Post op Visit: Call the dentist who extracted the tooth. You may have an infection, it may just be swelling from the procedure. Either way you should be seen.

Call your doctor: It is hard to say exactly what is happening without seeing you. Your dentist knows best your condition, Pus is a sign of infection, if must, you should see him ASAP to avoid more serious complications.

Post surgery comp: The General Dentist or Oral Surgeon that did the extraction is responsible for your post-surgical care. He/she is the practitioner that knows your pre-surgical situation the best. Don't try to go it alone. Call your practitioner and report your symptoms.
