Maybe Submandibular : Surgical procedures on the tongue can cause inflammation in the floor of the mouth and cause the submandibular ducts to be or appear to be swollen. If it doesn't resolve, see an oral surgeon or dentist

Salivary ducts: The bumps at the bottom of your tongue are likely the salivary ducts for your sublingual and submandibular salivary glands. Those are where saliva comes into your mouth. If you're concerned, then have a dentist take a look.
