See a dentist: You might not be able to remove it. It can be from rubbing against the piercing. I would recommend seeing your dentist to evaluate this white bump.

Do yourself: A favor and get rid of the tongue ring. It is only something that will cause further oral problems that you haven't even begun to envision. Not a lecture, just a friendly suggestion. In the meanwhile see your dentist of physician to examine the area. Hope this helps.
