Hi, i got my tongue pierced monday & im worried i might have an infection. there's small red bumps under my tongue that hurt & there's a lump of skin ?

Tongue piercing: Please see your Dentist or an Oral Surgeon to check for infection, a common and potentially serious complication. Dentist's don't like tongue piercings for that reason, and because trauma from the fixtures often cause excessive wear to the teeth, fractured teeth, and permanent bone/gum loss on the tongue side of the teeth.
