When i lift my tongue, there's bumps on the very bottom of my mouth. they're the color of the rest of my mouth&not painful unless tongue is stretched?

Bumps under tongue: Bumps under tongue can be part of salivary gland system assuming you do not have a yeast infection in your mouth (rare) or are not a tobacco chewer/smoker. if any growth, or pain, see MD or dentist.
