The reason matters: I agree with dr. Ali. However they are very different anti-depressants. Zoloft is more apt to help with anxiety/ panic disorders. Ptsd & typical depression. Wellbutrin (bupropion) is more likely to help with atypical depression, smoking cessation and possibly adhd.
