Depends on dose: Zoloft and wellbutrin (bupropion) are moderate, dose-related inhibitors of cyp450 2d6 for which zoloft partly depends upon for its metabolism. Zoloft usually only inhibits 2d6 at higher doses (150-200mg). It might be worthy to be genotyped for this enzyme to assure you are a extensive metobolizer (em) type. Lithium is mostly excreted unchanged by kidneys. Please follow-up regularly with your doctor.
