Please talk w/ Doc: It is really important that you trust and work well w/ your provider - let this be a way to start a discussion. Ask to be reassured about the method of changing drugs and try to ask all the questions you have - why? what to expect? what to watch for and report? You need to function like partners - if you need to find another - start looking, interviewing. It's worth it, really! Good luck.

That depends on dose: If you were on a really low dose - it is probably fine. But if on a higher dose, you may need to taper off of zoloft (sertraline) to prevent discontinuation syndrome.
