When switching from zoloft 50mg (generic) to wellbutrin, (bupropion) how long should this switch take, on average, as it is affecting my sexual relationship.

3 weeks: Zoloft is a long acting medications and it may take up to three weeks for it to leave your system. It will take the wellbutrin (bupropion) about three weeks to kick in.

Zoloft & Wellbutrin (bupropion): At such a low dose of zoloft, the wellbutrin (bupropion) could generally be started at the same time and may help with sexual side effects from the zoloft. If your doctor wants you totally off the zoloft s/he may taper it over a week or 2.
