Relaxation technique: If night clenching-try to do some type of relaxation prior to going to bed as night time teeth clenching is often(but not always) a subconscious release of daily tension and stress). Try not to do work, or read an intense story or even watch the news before going to bed because that additional stress can set off your clenching episodes.
