My right side jaw is painful. not able to chew from the right side or clench my teeth together. the left side is ok i can clench or chew from it but causes pain to the right. is it something i should worry about?

High filling: You may have a filling or crown that is out of alignment. Pain is caused by pressure when you bite. See your dentist for an adjustment An x-ray is also recommended.

See your Dentist: You might have Cavity on right side .See your Dentist for proper treatment .You may even have impacted tooth causing the problem.
