Bruxism can eventuate in jaw pain (TMJ syndrome) but pain in jaw muscles may occur initially. See your dentist and get this handled before joint dysfunction becomes chronic.

You are under a lot of stress and anxiety that's causing your jaw pain. See a dentist for a bite plate[night guard] and wear it as much as can. While doing so seek therapy for your condition to relieve your grinding and clenching.
