Not good: You should have a better handle on your stress and anxiety. If you are grinding during the day, the grinding at night is likely even worse. Not only may this cause you to have frequent headaches you may also be cracking your teeth and wearing out the enamel on your teeth. Consult a dentist

Being aware: Is the first step. When you feel like clenching substitute another activity like squeezing your hand. It is silent and won't bother antony. Talk to your counselor to find out if you can determine what the stress is that causes you to clench so maybe it can be lessened. That is the best thing you can do. Maybe your parents can help too.
