DRINK WATER: For one who is 53 kg or 117# drinking water between 1-1.5 liters is ok. As general rule, consume water as follows: 100-150#: 1.5 l; 150-200#: 2 l, 200-250#: 2.5 l, etc. You may need to drink more water depending on the activity in which you are engaged. For example, drink 1/2 l water before and after sauna. In general, your body will use what it needs and eliminate the rest.
