It is not unusual: Although the eruption patterns of teeth sometimes follow the "charts" , variability is normal. 6 year molars erupt around 6 years of age but sometimes at age 4 and occasionally later than 7. Early eruption of posterior deciduous teeth should not cause undue alarm but it is a good idea to take your child to the first dental visit upon eruption of the first tooth or first birthday.

Haapens frequently: Usually the front teeth come in first, but sometimes this pattern is not followed and other teeth will come in first.This is nothing to worry about. Remember to start brushing you baby's teeth. A soft baby toothbrush. You don't need to use toothpaste at this point.
