Get it checked: You should take her to a dentist for a clinical exam and x-rays in order to determine: 1. If that tooth is present under the gums 2. The angle of the missing tooth if present 3. If there is enough room in the mouth for it to properly erupt into place 4. The development of the rest of her erupted and unerupted teeth as well as her occlusion (bite).
