I had dental reconstruction with five metal pins in one tooth only two of them had plastic coatings. i believe the other three are corroded and making me ill. what are the signs and symptoms and what can be done about it?

Dental materials are biocompatible and aref made from metals or ceramics that do not corrode. I do not know what illness you are attributing to your restoration but to investigate this further talk to your restorative dentist and obtain exactly what was used and the manufacturer. From there you can investigate further.

Your illness is not from corrosion of dental materials, but possibly from, anxiety, stress, medications you may be on. What does tour illness consist of? See your PCP for exam and treatment if necessary.
