I'm : I'm not sure when this happened but you should have been seen by a dentist immediately. The longer you wait after this type of injury the more difficult it is to reposition the teeth. Do not attempt to move them back yourself. See a dentist immediately and determine if they can be put back into place (perhaps with local anesthesia) or if they need orthodontic treatment at this point. They may need to be splinted temporarily for stabilization after thay are repositioned.

How : How long ago did this happen? You should go to your dentist and have this evaluated. They may need to be splinted to your other teeth to allow the bone and blood vessels to heal. Afterwards, you can discuss bringing them back into alignment orthodontically.
