Not from that: You may have cavities, but not from not brushing and flossing for only one week.

Likely not: Just 1 week without brushing will not usually put you at risk for a cavity, unless one was ready to happen. Your tissues might be more inflamed than usual and bleed for a few days until you get back on track. If worried, see the dentist, but not likely a problem.
