Postop Groin Pain...: ...May be due to irritation of the nerves in that region, a pulled muscle, or a recurrent hernia. Considering the delayed onset of symptoms, i would lean towards 2 or 3. Best bet: return to see your surgeon for a formal exam. Hopefully, it's a false alarm.
