Incarcerated hernia: Hernia 3 years ago suggests repair was performed and that recurrence has developed. If no repair and hernia dormant then moving effort has caused the hernia to become incarcerated with bowel extending into upper scrotum then inn either case surgical consult needed to consider repair with relief of symptoms..
