Contact surgeon: If you experience pain at surgical site, especially if combined with swelling and a noticeable bulge, you should let your doctor know your hernia mesh repair likely failed. Groin pain may last for months or even years after surgery. Reaction to Mesh itself & Nerve disturbance are 2 causes for pain.OPTIONS : Mesh removal, Neurectomy, PRP injection ( Plasma Rich Protein), Nerve Ablation .
