Why when urinating i feel it in my belly button and lower groin above sexual organ? ive had hernia surgery in my belly button 14 years ago. and a ct scan while in er recently didnt show anything with that about my hernia, little bulge on right side?

I think you're experiencing sensations from muscles voluntarily contracting as you urinate. Unless you're noting bulging in the navel or tenderness of those muscles,I doubt you have a serious cause of that discomfort. An abdominal surgeon can examine & advise you as well as check your ?groin bulge.

Depends what was used for repair . Sometimes a sensory nerve can be affected but not 14 years later. you could have a mild strain of the abdominal muscles which gradually heals and gets better.
