No. How much flip?: Being on your period should not affect your tsh. How much flip flop is there? Betw 1 and 10, or betw 1 and 4? The latter may just be lab variation or artifacts of the measurement. Presumably you take levothyroxine. Absorption can vary. Changing brands can alter TSH levels, as can changing the time of day you take it, with/without food, etc. Take it consistently on empty stomach.

No: So make sure your using brand name synthroid, (thyroxine) take it in am 1 hour before food/ other meds.
