Had a total thyroidectomy in 2010 for follicular thyroid cancer 1cm. rai 121 mci in may 2010. clear pet scan. rai in july 2012 4mci, clear pet scan. recent labs tg 0.2, tgab 12.8, antitpo 10.5, tsh 0.2. tg/tgab have never been detected before?

Total thyroidectomy 6.5 yrs ago (no cancer). I havent missed any Synth. 137mg pills but labs today show HYPO (TSH 11.8, FreeT3 1.9 & T4 good) My Thyroglobulin Antibodies are 332 & TPO AB 24.5 HIGH! I thought No thyroid = No Antibodies. So why?
