Grave Situation: It is unlikely that you would have grave's disease with these numbers. One would expect to see a very low TSH (less than one) and very high levels of T3 (liothyronine) and t4. A slight elevation of T4 could be due to supplements or a normal variant. I would advise to recheck your levels in three months to confirm that they have normalized.

Highly unlikely.: Grave's disease would have a high T3 (liothyronine) and t4, and the TSH level would be suppressed. Your TSH is in the low normal range and your T3 (liothyronine) is also normal, and your T4 is slightly high. It might be early in the course, but that seems improbable. Also you mentioned no symptoms, like opthalmopathy, or goiter. You might have sick euthyroid syndrome where T3 (liothyronine) and T4 are altered due to impaired binding.
