It depends: A low TSH indicates that your thyroid level is high. Graves disease is the most common cause for an overactive thyroid. I assume the medication you had been taking was to bring down your thyroid level. If the TSH had been normal on medication, and is now low off medication, it means that the graves disease is still active and the thyroid level is becoming overactive again.
