My tsh level is 0.01, t3 is 134 and free t4 is 1.3. i will be retested in 3 months. what are the chances of it being graves disease or hyperthyroidism? i have no history of thyroid issues & i am 11 months postpartum. also no symptoms of anything?

Wait for retest: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your TSH suggests hyperactivity but T4 is normal. So the it would be prudent to wait for the retest. It is not feasible to give you odds of the outcome.
