Nutrition & exercise: Proper nutrition & regular exercise are key to weight loss & maintenance. You can get physically active even if you don't much free time. It's a matter of setting your priorities. Park as far away as possible from entrance. Consider walking or biking to work. Take the stairs. Get up & stretch every few minutes. Fidget. Then pay attention to what you eat. Avoid junk. Avoid processed foods.
