Be consistent with exercise, try walking 20-30 min one to two times daily at least 3-4 times weekly. This may not fully accomplish your goal, so, try eating via "portion sizing". You would not eat more than 50-67% of prior amounts of food. Not a diet, but remember that less calories in with modest exercise does work, and there is a net metabolic "burn". This all assuming thyroid working normal

If you want to lose weight, you need to improve your diet AND exercise. 30 to 60 minutes of exercise most days is good. More fruits and veggies and water and fewer treats and carbs and fried food will help. It is reasonable to lose 5 kg in a month , not 10.
